CALL FOR APPLICATION

The U.S. Embassy in Cameroon is delighted to announce that the application period for the 2020 Mandela Washington Fellowship for young African leaders will open on September 12 and close on October 9. This program will bring young leaders to the United States in 2020 for academic and leadership training and will create unique opportunities in Africa to put those new skills to practical use in propelling economic growth and prosperity and strengthening institutions. The program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. It is an opportunity for young Cameroonians to enhance their professional skills, grow as leaders, and network with other like-minded young leaders’ from across Africa. Since its start in 2014, 107 Cameroonians have participated in the fellowship. All applications must be submitted online by October 9, 2019.
